The spot-checker is a battery-powered random search selector mounted on a robust plastic clipboard. Internal settings switches can set the percentage settings to any value from 0 to 100% (0.5% steps). The clipboard is suitable for A4 size paperwork, records of the check, log of staff, visitors, contractors etc.

What are Random Search Selectors?
Random Search Selection is a simple security procedure that is well established across a wide range of industries such as loss prevention, weapons location, alcohol & drug testing, in fact, anywhere where a random test is to be made. It's a random process of selecting people from a group in a totally random and unpredictable fashion; that person is then subjected to appropriate checks to ensure that the company's policies are being adhered to, loss prevention, weapons, alcohol and drug abuse.
